  I had a wonderful experience at this store. How ever the lighting outside is not safe. It's very dark. I would suggest putting in some outside lighting.

  I purchased a phone through Verizon online. Was told when I purchased a phone that our local store could change the number to my original phone number. Went to their store today, was told oh we can't do that because it's under some other name. Yet, I was able to call Verizon and have them do everything that needed to be done. People need a lot more customer service training at that store.
